Chili Panner GRAVY / DRY

Ingredients

Directions

  1. GRAVY
  2. Deep fry 17 pieces marinated paneer, 1/3 cup diced onion and 1/4 cup diced pepper for 30 sec
  3. Add 12oz gravy in a pan and wait till it boils
  4. Add fried paneer, Onion and pepper in the gravy
  5. Add 2oz Schezwan sauce
  6. Mix all the ingredients properly
  7. Garnish it with 1 teaspoon spring onions
  8. DRY
  9. Deep fry 18 pieces marinated paneer, 1/3 cup diced onion and 1/3 cup diced pepper for 30 sec
  10. Add 4oz gravy in a pan and wait till it boils
  11. Add fried paneer, Onion and pepper in the gravy
  12. Add 2oz Schezwan sauce
  13. Mix all the ingredients properly
  14. Garnish it with 1 teaspoon spring onions
