Diced paneer cutting
step 1 :Cut half brick of paneer into 7 long slices as shown.
step 2:Take a paneer slice of step 1, cut it into 2 long slices
Step 3 cut it into 12 cubes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Before Prep make sure to wash hands and wear hybrid gloves.
  2. 2. Use clean big bowl for mixing.
  3. 3. Add 1 packet of paneer spice.
  4. 4. Add ½ cup Maggi seasoning.
  5. 5. Add ¼ cup Lemon.
  6. 6. Add 500 ml water.
  7. 7. Mix all the ingredients with the whisk.
  8. 8. Dip paneer cubes into the mixture. Repeat it for 336 cubes
  9. (2 Paneer Bricks) of paneer.
  10. 9. Store finish products at cool and dry place with lid. Make sure
  11. to put date and initials on the lid.
