Diced paneer cutting
step 1 :Cut half brick of paneer into 7 long slices as shown.
step 2:Take a paneer slice of step 1, cut it into 2 long slices
Step 3 cut it into 12 cubes

- 1. Before Prep make sure to wash hands and wear hybrid gloves.
- 2. Use clean big bowl for mixing.
- 3. Add 1 packet of paneer spice.
- 4. Add ½ cup Maggi seasoning.
- 5. Add ¼ cup Lemon.
- 6. Add 500 ml water.
- 7. Mix all the ingredients with the whisk.
- 8. Dip paneer cubes into the mixture. Repeat it for 336 cubes
- (2 Paneer Bricks) of paneer.
- 9. Store finish products at cool and dry place with lid. Make sure
- to put date and initials on the lid.
