Directions

  1. Take 50 gram papri
  2. Break into in small pieces and dip into the sweet youurt for 30 sec
  3. Add 1 table spoon diced red onion and sprinkle Chaat Masala
  4. Add 1/4 cup of mashed potato and chick peas mixture
  5. Add 4oz Dahi
  6. Add 1oz green sauce
  7. Add 1oz Tamarind sauce
  8. Add small diced onion and 1 Table spoon boondi
  9. Sprinkle with bhel sev and Sector 17 special masala
  10. Garnish with small sliced beet root 3-4 pieces and pinch of Cilantro
