Momos Fries

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steam Momo's ( Veg/Paneer and Chicken) In steamer for 20 mins at least
  2. Add 1/2 cup water in 1 cup of chicken pre made spice.
  3. Mix it properly
  4. Dip the Momo's in the mix
  5. Then deep fry Momo's for 1 Minute
  6. Garnish with 1 Teaspoon Spring onion
  7. Serve with 1.5 oz White Mayo and 1.5 oz Chili Sauce
