Fried rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Microwave 20 oz Rice.
  2. Put the Japanese wok on the flame and apply 1oz oil in it
  3. Add 1 teaspoon Garlic
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger and Green Chili
  5. Sauté 1/2 Cup Onion and pepper1/2 cup green cabbage and add rice.
  6. Add 1/2 Teaspoon salt and add 1/3 teaspoon chili flakes only if customer requested spicy.
  7. Add 1oz Maggi seasoning , 2 oz Schezwan.
  8. Mix all the ingredients together
  9. Garnish it with 1/2 cup coleslaw and 1 teaspoon spring onion.
  10. Add on:
  11. Paneer: Deep fry 8 pieces marinated paneer and chop into small pieces and mix it with the prepared rice
  12. Chicken: Deep fry 1/2 cup marinated chicken, cut into small chunks and add it to the fried rice
  13. Add 1oz omelette on the top of the rice container
