Dahi-Yogurt

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take the 6 pieces of puri
  2. Make a hole on side of each puri
  3. Add Mashed potato mixture in each puri
  4. Add a few drops of tamarind sauce in each puri
  5. Then Add sweet yogurt
  6. Sprinkle with chaat masala and 1/4 cup boodi
  7. Add bhel sev and sprinkle special spice
  8. Garnish with beet root and cilantro
  9. Sweet Yogurt:
  10. Mix all the ingredients together
  11. 1 Cup Yogurt
  12. Add 1/2 Cup chilled water and 1/2 cup whipped cream
  13. 1/4 Cup sugar
