  1. Take 6 Puri
  2. Make a hole on side of each puri
  3. Add puri masala -Mashed potato in each puri
  4. Add a few drops of tamarind sauce Sprinkle red onion on it
  5. Serve with 8oz Pani in container
  6. Pani:
  7. In a grinder take all the ingredients and blend together
  8. Masala for the puri:
  9. Take Mashed potato, red onion, chaat masala, coriander leaves and pinch of salt and mix it
