Noodles Hakka-Large and Medium

Ingredients

Directions

  1. LARGE;
  2. Microwave 20oz Noodles for 2 minutes
  3. Put the Japanese cast iron wok on the flame and apply 1oz oil in it
  4. Add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 Teaspoon ginger and 1/2 Teaspoon Green chili
  5. Sauté 1/2 Cup Onion and pepper
  6. Add1/2 cup green cabbage
  7. Add 20 oz Noodles
  8. Add 12 Teaspoon salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Chili flakes only if customer needs spicy noodles
  9. Ass 1oz Maggi seasoning
  10. Add 1/2 Cup coleslaw
  11. Mix all the ingredients properly
  12. Garnish it with 1 Teaspoon Spring onion
  13. MEDIUM:
  14. Microwave 12 oz Noodles for 2 minutes
  15. Put the Japanese cast iron wok on the flame and apply 1/2 oz oil in it
  16. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/4 Teaspoon ginger and 1/4 Teaspoon Green chili
  17. Sauté 1/4 Cup Onion and pepper
  18. Add 12 oz Noodles
  19. Add 1/4 Teaspoon salt, 1/4 Teaspoon Chili flakes only if customer needs spicy noodles
  20. Add 1/2 oz Maggi seasoning and 1/4 oz liquid orange color
  21. Add 1/4 Cup coleslaw
  22. Mix all the ingredients properly
  23. Garnish it with 1 Teaspoon Spring onion
