Ingredients

Directions

  1. LARGE:
  2. Microwave 20 oz noodles for 2 minutes and deep fry 8 piece marinated paneer for 3 seconds
  3. Put the Japanese cast iron wok on the flame and apply 1oz oil in it
  4. Add 1 Teaspoon Garlic, 1/2 Teaspoon ginger and 1/2 Teaspoon Green chili
  5. Sauté 1/2 Cup Onion and Pepper
  6. Add 12cup Green cabbage
  7. Add 20 oz noodles
  8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes only if customer wants spicy noodles
  10. Add 1oz Maggi Seasoning, and 2 oz Schezwan sauce
  11. Cut the fried paneer into small pieces and add into the pan
  12. Mix all the ingredients properly
  13. Garnish it with 1 teaspoon Spring onion and 1/4 cup coleslaw
  14. MEDIUM:
  15. Microwave 12 oz noodles for 2 minutes and deep fry 8 piece marinated paneer for 30 seconds
  16. Put the Japanese cast iron wok on the flame and apply 1/2 oz oil in it
  17. Add 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, 1/4 Teaspoon ginger and 1/4 Teaspoon Green chili
  18. Sauté 1/4 Cup Onion and Pepper
  19. Add 12 oz noodles
  20. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt
  21. Add 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  22. Add 1/2 oz Maggi Seasoning, 1/4 oz liquid orange color and 1 oz Schezwan sauce
  23. Cut the fried paneer into small pieces and add into the pan
  24. Mix all the ingredients properly
